I've been wondering what clothes are actually best for heading to the range. Not talking about the whole tactical setup but just everyday outfits.

I’ve been out shooting a few times lately, and it’s interesting to see what everyone chooses to wear. One thing I keep noticing is how some people show up in full camo. It feels a bit much to me, especially when it’s just about running drills or putting a few rounds through a rifle. Like, if you’re not hunting, why the camouflage?

I've been sticking with pretty simple stuff: jeans, a plain t-shirt, and boots. I want to be comfy, safe (no flip-flops, obviously), and just feel like I’m blending in, not standing out in a 'tacticool' way.

Am I overthinking this? Do other folks feel the same about range attire, or do you think camo and that kind of gear is totally fine? What’s everyone else wearing out there?

Definitely overthinking this. Like you said, safe footware is always important. Just wear what you feel comfortable and safe shooting in. No one cares what you have on, seriously.

Jeans and a T-shirt is basically the universal range uniform, camo just depends on personality level and mood that day
