I've been wondering what clothes are actually best for heading to the range. Not talking about the whole tactical setup but just everyday outfits.
I've been out shooting a few times lately, and it's interesting to see what everyone chooses to wear. One thing I keep noticing is how some people show up in full camo. It feels a bit much to me, especially when it's just about running drills or putting a few rounds through a rifle. Like, if you're not hunting, why the camouflage?
I've been sticking with pretty simple stuff: jeans, a plain t-shirt, and boots. I want to be comfy, safe (no flip-flops, obviously), and just feel like I'm blending in, not standing out in a 'tacticool' way.
Am I overthinking this? Do other folks feel the same about range attire, or do you think camo and that kind of gear is totally fine? What's everyone else wearing out there?
