I want to hear the absolutely wildest misconceptions you've encountered. Someone once asked me if we hunt with assault rifles. Another thought deer season meant all deer everywhere. What's the strangest or most ridiculous thing a non-hunter has said to you?

Someone once asked me if deer just wander around all year with no rules. I laughed and told them about hunting seasons. They were so confused, it was pretty funny!

Anecdotally, that deer should only be crossing the road at "Deer Crossing" signs. It makes you wonder if they think the deer can actually read the signs.
