Just wondering about keeping ramen in the prep stash. I know it's not super nutritious, but it's cheap, fills you up, and lasts a while.
I've got a few cases stashed away, but how long do they really last past the date on the pack? Is there a better way to store them than keeping them in the box?
Do any of you rotate ramen regularly or have tips to make it more useful in case of an emergency? They seem to last longer than their expiration date. Just looking for thoughts!
